Undergraduate research opportunities

We are urgently recruiting 2 undergraduate research technicians. These positions will include opportunities for aiding and developing research effots via ENVS credits: 299R, 399R, 499R (or ENVS 495: Honors Research) or extramurally via federal work-study and/or the Emory ENVS Lester Scholarship (for rising seniors, with awards at $5k). Some immediate student research opportunities include but are not limited to: local field sampling for salamanders (Emory campus and the ATL metro area), data processing and management, literature review and synthesis, public outreach and education, and maintanance of biological specimens / live animals for educational or research purposes. Doctoral Research Assistant in Applied Quantitative Ecology

We are also recruiting a PhD student to begin in the Fall of 2027. The Quest lab can accept PhD students through the Environmental Sciences and Society program as well as the Population Biology, Ecology, and Evolution program.
